Neolth
Neolth is a digital stress management platform for students. As a member of the design team, my primary tasks were to design the face of the platform, the dashboard, and the content of the exercise pages.
The need to help individuals self-manage grows as stress levels among high-school, undergraduate, and graduate students rapidly increase owing to academic, social, and global health issues.
Stress reduces students’ quality of life and academic performance. Moreover, increased stress among students leads to self-harming behaviors such as suicide.
Tribal iii
Tribal Online Asset Store (TOAS) started out as an online gaming site.
TOAS management changed focus during the design phase, at the direction of the Marketing team. The focus switched to designing an online asset store.
The design team completed all work on the online asset store and the store is now in the production phase.
My role in the project was to lead the research process. I also designed the asset and dashboard pages.

Government Game
The Ferndale Public Library requested students in the University of Michigan’s Citizen Interaction Design Course to create a game to educate young adults about local government.
This game, called The Ferndale Library Government Game, will be used in the Library’s Adulting Class.
This is a physical board game in which players advance by correctly answering questions about local government.
My role in the project was as a UX researcher and designer.
StaySafe
During a research study from 2020, which involved 6,000 students from US universities, more than 1 in 13 students reported being drugged unknowingly through a drink.
StaySafe is a futuristic product designed to detect Rohypnol, GHB, and Ketamine in drinks and to notify users if a drug has been detected or not via a LED light and phone notifications.
My role in this project was as a UX designer and researcher. Specifically, I focused on ideation and brainstorming.

Arches National Park Logo Redesign
I redesigned the logo for Arches National Park, as well as customized the logo for clothing designs.
My goal for this design was to capture the style of Otl Aicher, a minimalist. Therefore, my design was a simple arch representative of a camera shutter to symbolize the special moments captured at the park.
The photos are stock images with the logo added as an overlay using Adobe Photoshop.
Design Consulting
Ann Arbor Natural Area Preservation
The Ann Arbor Natural Area Preservation group wanted to improve its photo monitoring system of natural areas.
I – with a team of peers – developed systems to organize photos, improve communication between volunteers, and suggested software programs to improve the efficiency and organization of the photo archiving system.
CPR Saves
CPR Saves, a start-up company, developed an application to promote knowledge about and to instruct how to perform CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation).
My part in this enterprise was to assist in conducting user research to develop a high-functioning prototype.
Recommendations were offered to the CPR Saves decision makers via a video presentation.
Tuscaloosa Civil Rights History & Reconciliation Foundation
Tuscaloosa Civil Rights History & Reconciliation Foundation project took me to Alabama during spring break of 2020 to assist this organization with its website.
With a team of student peers, I provided an analysis of the group’s current website and how to improve it.
We looked at the design of the website, the infrastructure used, the backend components, and the information architecture.
We discussed preferences with the executive board and presented final recommendations to the group’s leadership.
An added bonus to me, personally, was learning more about the Civil Rights Movement in the Tuscaloosa area and contributing to equality among all people.
